DO YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN BE HAPPY?
I have been working with people for many years and along the way I have learned that life is really all about finding balance. We can’t make life work in one area while forgetting about the many other areas in our life that require attention. As I am guiding people through the process of their personal growth, I see certain patterns and behaviors that arise again and again. Unless the client is willing to let those things go, improvement and growth are highly unlikely. After witnessing this process with my clients as well as myself, I realized that we are all struggling with the same things.
- Our relationships are unfulfilling and often fall apart
- We face financial challenges
- Health issues keep coming back or new ones arise
- We are ridden by guilt
- Complaining and blame are on our everyday menu
- The level of happiness is just not where we would want it to be
- Our work is unrewarding
- Addictions and weight loss problems are present in our lives
All these problems have one common denominator and there are several things that we can do about it. We must always start with a change of our thinking. I know that many people don’t want to change, because it feels more comfortable to stay where they are and keep doing what they’ve been doing. But doing the same thing over and over again will only bring the same results. The good news is that change doesn’t need to be drastic. You don’t need to turn your world around and become a new person. Change can be comfortable and done in little steps. Once we are able to recognize the thought patterns that we have created over many, many years, we can let them go and replace them with new ones. That’s when our relationships improve, we find a better job, our health gets better and we simply become more happy! I have seen this in my clients as well as achieved this for myself and I can assure you that the feeling is amazing!
In the past year I have developed a program that addresses my client’s needs at all levels. In this way, the change can really be lasting and the results will lead to overall happiness, not just an improvement in one area of life. The reason for a four week course is to keep the process moving while providing a constant support. This allows clients to integrate the tools for change that are
introduced each week.
Many of you have attended my workshops before and have learned how to use some powerful tools. This course is designed to involve you more deeply in the process of your personal growth as
we work with visualization, affirmations and other transformational experiences.
I definitely recommend the full 4 week course as it will create momentum for lasting change. But if you can only attend one, two or three sessions, you can fully trust that you will gain the perfect knowledge and learning that is most helpful for you right now.

During the second week we look at our fears and limiting beliefs. We struggle with fear of not being loved, or fear of failure, fear of success, fear of rejection…. And then there are limiting beliefs such as: nobody loves me, I am not good enough, I am too old, I don’t have enough money, I always fail, it’s not going to work anyway, what will the neighbours say?… These are the things that are holding us back. We will deal with these thoughts on a deep subconscious level and let them go so we can enjoy life. Click here to watch the video about the second session.
Session three is about love. After we have forgiven and let our fears go, we can really love ourselves. When we start approving of who we are, life changes. Relationships change, health
improves, money flows… Love really is the answer. After all God is Love and when we are in Love we are in God and all is good!
In session four we will apply strategies for living a happy life. After all the work that we have done in the previous three sessions, we can successfully start implementing new tools in our life. Let’s leave the struggles with weight loss, addictions, health issues, relationship problems, financial ups and downs behind us! Life can be beautiful!
